1.You will need your Certificate of Registration: If you have not completed this course you will need to register for a 3 day training course that is held monthly by ASTC.

2. You will also need to complete CPP40307 - Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) as part of your Diploma course. These courses are run over 4 days held monthly by ASTC.

3. You will need a minimum of 3 months industry experience before completing your CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)

4. You will then need to complete the remainder of the course materials.

CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)

This qualification involves Nationally Recognised and Accredited Training for those individuals who want to own/ operate/ manage their own real estate office.

This course allows you, on completion to apply to the NSW Fair Trading for a Strata Managing Agents Licence.
