This course is for people who wish to gain the qualification to apply for their Strata Managing Agent Licence in NSW and students undertake an in-depth study of the entire strata management process. This is a practical-based course and provides course participants with opportunities to acquire and practice new skills in all areas relating to strata management. Once all modules have been completed, students will be able to apply to NSW Fair Trading for their Strata Agent licence.
There are 21 modules required to gain a full Strata Managing Agent Licence. The successful completion of this full training program will mean that the person gains the award of a Certificate IV in Property Services (Operations).
