All applicants for a personal licence must satisfy the Commissioner for Fair Trading that he/she is:
To qualify for a Real Estate Agent's Licence or a Certificate of Registration you are required to produce your qualification recording competed units of competency from the Property Services Training Package (CPP07) to NSW Fair Trading and pay a fee.
