Certificate of registration NSW

Before you can become an Assistant Agent in New South Wales and be employed in a sales or property management role within the Real Estate industry, you will need to obtain a Certificate of Registration from NSW Fair Trading.

What you will learn:

NSW Fair Trading requires that you are competent in the following 5 units prior to applying for a Certificate of Registration as an assistant real estate agent:

CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

Please note, once you begin working in the Real Estate Industry as an Assistance Agent, you will be required to transition to a Class 2 Licence within 4 years.

Enrolment Process

Participants are required to provide a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) & Digital Literacy evidence as a Government requirement. The purpose of this is to check your readiness and suitability for the course. We will send you the link to undertake the test once you submit registration from.

Assessments

Regardless of your chosen method of study, you will need to complete the required activities and assessments via the online student portal. Our assessments are designed to substantiate your ability to apply acquired skill and knowledge to the workplace.

Your assessments will be marked within 7 days after submission.

Outcomes

Upon successful completion, your Statement of Attainment will be sent to you within 72 hours of the program completion and this is the evidence you will need to provide to NSW Fair Trading to show you have met the educational requirements.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card or direct deposit. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express payments. No surcharge applies on any credit card payments.

eLearning: Payment must be received prior to the issue of any login and passwords. Payment receipt will be emailed to the address specified on your enrolment form.
Face to face: Payment must be received 2 days prior to class commencement.

Refund Policy

Face to face courses

There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to commencement of the face to face courses. If you would like to transfer to another course with less than 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay an administration fee of 50% of the course fee.
For cancellations less than 14 days, but more than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the face to face courses, there will be no refunds. The student is entitled to:

Ø Transfer the course fee to another course.

Australian Salesmasters Training Co (ASTC) reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses due to unforeseen circumstances and/or if minimum numbers of enrolments are not reached. Students will be offered a full refund for any course fee paid for the cancelled course or have their course fee credited towards another ASTC course.
